Laboratory Services
Aarogya Hospital’s laboratory supports newborn and pediatric care with on-site sample collection and routine diagnostic testing. Tests are performed or coordinated according to the treating doctor’s advice, and results are interpreted in the context of the child’s clinical condition.
Common areas of testing include complete blood count and hematology, bilirubin and glucose monitoring, kidney/liver function and electrolytes, inflammatory markers, urine testing, cultures and selected newborn investigations. Some specialized tests may be referred to an external accredited laboratory; families should be informed when this applies.
For urgent NICU and emergency cases, laboratory testing is coordinated with the treating clinical team so results can support timely decisions.

Blood collection can be stressful for children. Our laboratory team aims to make the process as comfortable as possible for infants and young patients.
